Bomber- Monki
Roll Neck- Primark (current)

Another outfit from my time in Edinburgh features this rather perfect quilted bomber which I bought from Monki a few weeks ago. I've been wanting to show you lot this for a while and a slightly warmer day in the city meant I was able to do just that. Worn with my trusty pleather trousers and some lace up boots I was ready for a relaxing day sipping on speciality teas with my boyfriend. A perfect day if you ask me.

p.s sorry about the windy hair/scarf shots, there was quite a bit of a breeze up north!

Trend Watch: PINK

Looking over the Trend Books put together by Vogue, Elle, Company and even at my own employer Debenhams Its obvious that there is a few clear leaders in the Trends for SS13. Monochrome, Minimal and Sports Luxe are the top dogs for me, but has anyone thought about Pink?!

Erdem, Christopher Kane, Sonia Rykiel & DVF are just some of the designers that are reinventing the once 'Girly Girls Only' colour with fresh pastels, bright neons and hot hues. Pink has had a radical transformation and it is one I am absolutely loving. If you know me you will know that I rarely steer away from the dark side, with Black, Grey and Navy being my go too shades, however there is just something about the freshness and execution of Pink that makes me want to get my hands on so many pieces. Take a look at some inspiration that I have found below;

Clockwise: Christopher Kane SS13 / Topshop Tumblr / Solange Knowles / Burberry Prorsum SS13 / Facehunter / Christopher Kane SS13 / Shoes: Next £32 / Shorts: Roksanda Ilincic £400 /

Will you be wearing Pink this summer? What do you think of my picks above? Please comment and leave your links. I would also be grateful if you could follow me on Google and on Bloglovin here.

CELINE AW13

My love for french fashion houses has never been something I have denied, but if you know me you'll also know about my love for the wonderful Celine. From my early days of exploring the world of fashion and fashion houses, something about Celine instantly stood out to me. The elegance and confidence of a woman wearing Celine is something I truly admire. I am in love with the clean cut silhouette and the brilliant tailoring we see season after season.

This season we saw mixes of white, grey marl, pastel pink & black as the basis for the AW13 colour palette. Below the knee tailored skirts with structured tshirts and fur clutches makes this Celine collection oh so yummy!! Laundry Bag Checks were enlarged onto tailored oversized coats and funnel neck sweaters, to create a warm humble feeling.

Something quite special happened this season, It was like the old Celine mixing with the more contemporary and I absolutely loved it!!! Do you have a favourite designer? What do you love about them? Please comment and let me know!

Milan Fashion Week Round Up!

Etro AW13

Veronica Etro is wonderfully brilliant and this season was no exception. A Kaleidoscopic backdrop was the setting for her AW13 show. Beautifully constructed garments with patterns that resemble cathedrals in contrast to leather patchwork biker jackets and trousers created a bit of rock n roll to usually chic label.

Sportmax AW13

Blew again once again by Sportmax this season. Planning my winter wardrobe so far in advance seems such a crime, when we haven't even seen summer, but looking at sportmax i know why i do it. Chic silhouettes and tailoring alongside intricately detailed sheer dresses, with a splash of cobalt blue- the colour we have seen so much of over the past few weeks means i'm hoping winter will hurry up so I can get my hands on some of these beauties. Take a look at my favourite looks below!

Jil Sander AW13

Jil Sanders fall show echoed elegance, with a modern twist. Classic over the knee skirts were paired with panelled jackets and tops that were nipped in at the waist to add femininity to the boyish shapes. Coats were perfectly oversized as to not overshadow the small frame of the sleek haired models. Metallic accessories in the form of puritan shoes and oversized clutches finished of each look perfectly. The blue flippy skirt and orange oversized coat are on my wish list for AW13- what's on yours?

With this in mind I had a glance over some of the past seasons and oh my was I happy. The sports chic element of Stella's shows is something Im really loving at the moment, are you?

Take a look below and tell me what you think?!
